ASTA 22 L Agricultural Crop Spraying UAV is a battery-powered unmanned aircraft, easy to learn and operate. The aircraft weighs 15kg without load and no-load flight time is 25 minutes. With full load of 22L of water or pesticide, it takes off and lands within one minute, and maxim flight time is up to 16 minutes. Operating spraying efficiency is 3-6 m/s.
With this unmanned aircraft greatly improved spraying efficiency, covaering 2.7 hectares per hour. Agricultural sprayer can reduce 30% to 50% amount of the pesticide compared with manual spraying. Fertilizer drone do not influenced by terrain and crop height, remote control, low altitudes flight, no harm to crop. Centrifugal nozzle advantages: liquid atomization, atomization effect is good, the droplet diameter is not much difference
When high-density crops are sprayed, the pressure nozzles will be more applicable. For example, cotton will be sprayed with defoliants. The penetrating power of the pressure nozzles will be stronger and the effect will be better. On the contrary, if the crop density is not particularly large and the atomization effect is good, centrifugal sprinklers will be more applicable, such as wheat sprayed foliar fertilizers, and some ordinary crop pest control. There is also the pressure nozzle is easy to plug, so when spraying powder pesticides, try to avoid the use of pressure nozzles, the better to use a centrifugal nozzle. When spraying liquid medicine, the pressure nozzle and the centrifugal nozzle are all suitable, and this kind of situation can select the most suitable nozzle according to the model and the crop.
From the current operation point of view, the centrifugal nozzle and the pressure nozzle all have their own obvious weaknesses and strengths. They cannot be generalized. In high-density crops, the pressure nozzles show the advantages of the centrifugal nozzles, and the centrifugal pressure nozzles cannot do it. Full coverage and detailed spray.
